The SteelSeries Apex PRO, one of the most sturdy and feature-rich keyboards available, is the subject of our review today. As you may already be aware, SteelSeries’ Apex model keyboards hold a highly respectable position in the market, but the company wants to move it even further up.
The OLED screen and the adjustable pressing sensitivity of the OmniPoint mechanical switches on this keyboard are what set it apart from other keyboards in the most significant way. This keyboard’s 5000 series aluminum material provides for durability.
Design

There are two USB connections on the keyboard cable. One of them supplies electricity to the USB 2.0 port that is situated in the keyboard’s upper right corner. It is possible to put in your mouse receiver, flash memory, etc., but on such a premium keyboard, we would prefer to see this port at least in USB 3.0 standard.
The 5000 series aluminum utilized in the keyboard’s body is what gives it the claimed durability. Because it is so much more robust than regular aluminum, this aircraft grade material is one of the priciest kinds of aluminum.
RGB is obviously a requirement for such a costly keyboard. With the Per-Key RGB function on this keyboard, you can give each key a unique color.
