With its ROG Phone line, Asus, one of the first brands that come to mind when discussing gaming-focused smartphones, commands a sizeable market share. Finally, the business has long made claims about and leaked information about the ROG Phone 6 models from the agenda. So what do users get with smartphones?

ROG Phone 6 features

There are two models in the ROG Phone 6 series: basic and pro. Both models’ screens are 6.78 inches and have a 1080 x 2448 pixel resolution. Additionally, it boasts a 165 Hz refresh rate. The available frequencies at this time are 60 Hz, 90 Hz, 120 Hz, and 144 Hz. The screens are shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus technology, it should be mentioned.

Mobile devices come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The performance of the CPU and GPU is 10% faster thanks to the chipset. Additionally, it uses 15 percent less power while operating. The CPU is created using a 4 nm fabrication method and provides 20% greater AI performance per watt.

It also has four 1.80 GHz Cortex-A510 cores, three 2.75 GHz Cortex-A710 cores, and one 3.19 GHz Cortex-X2 core.

On the camera side, the series uses the same characteristics. We are greeted by a triple camera configuration that includes a 12 Megapixel Sony IMX663 selfie camera up front, a 50 Megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera, a 13 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera, and a 5 Megapixel macro camera in the back.

For a more pleasant gaming experience, the models also include a variety of other features like the AirTrigger 6 control system, AeroActive Cooler 6, and gyroscopic targeting. They also have IPX4 certification.

The RAM options are one area where the series differ from one another. since the Pro only has 18 GB of memory, whilst the ordinary model comes with 12 or 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Both phones offer storage capacities of 256 or 512 GB.

The gadgets’ battery specifications are also excellent. There are two 3,000 mAh batteries here, for a total battery capacity of 6,000 mAh. It’s important to note that devices charge via two USB-C connectors at a 65W rate.
